Program Proposal | CHS Scholars Program

Harvard University’s Center for Hellenic Studies is accepting proposals for hosting and supporting in-person and virtual study groups, workshops, and seminars at the CHS campuses in Washington, DC, and in Nafplio, Greece. 

Awards range between $5,000 – $15,000 and aims to offer travel support to participants and covers operational need of the proposed activity. The award may also include: 

  • Use of meeting spaces,
  • Some housing at the CHS campus in Washington, DC, 
  • Some meals. 

Eligibility

Proposals should cover educational and community building events in support of the Humanities, Arts, and Sciences, and their connections with other disciplines.

Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Please Note: If you are proposing an in-person, round-table event at the CHS, the number of participants that may be housed on campus is 18; and the number of participants that may be accommodated in the conference room is 20.
